A motorcycle rider is currently receiving medical treatment at a hospital in Rutherford County following a collision with a pickup truck on Sunday. The incident took place on Medical Center Parkway, specifically between the fountains and Warren Street, according to Murfreesboro police.
The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries as a result of the crash and was promptly transported to the hospital for immediate care. Fortunately, the driver of the truck emerged from the accident unharmed.
In response to this unfortunate event, law enforcement authorities closed off both directions of Medical Center Parkway in order to properly investigate and manage the aftermath of the collision.
