Man from Clare Dies in Crash with Pickup Truck in Isabella Township

A tragic accident occurred in Isabella Township, Michigan on Saturday morning resulting in the death of a man from Clare. The Isabella County Sheriff's Office confirmed that the crash took place at around 10:51 a.m. on East Rosebush Road.
According to reports, a motorcyclist was trapped between the pickup and trailer when deputies were informed about the incident while en route to the scene. Unfortunately, by the time they arrived, it was too late as 68-year-old Roger Stalter had already passed away due to his injuries sustained during the collision.
The investigation revealed that Stalter was traveling in the same direction as a truck carrying a small trailer which was turning left into a driveway on East Rosebush Road. Unable to stop or yield, he collided with the pickup resulting in fatal consequences.
The driver of the truck identified as a 22-year-old from Owosso remained uninjured during this unfortunate event. Our thoughts are with Mr.Stalter's family and loved ones during this difficult time.
