The rider, identified as 37-year-old Joshua Danforth, of Merrimack NH, was pronounced dead on scene. The driver of the pickup, identified as 52-year-old Kimberly Hanscom, of Merrimack NH was treated on scene and released.
A tragic accident occurred in Merrimack, New Hampshire on Saturday afternoon, resulting in the death of a motorcyclist. According to police reports, the accident involved a head-on collision between a pickup truck and a motorcycle. The vehicles were traveling in opposite directions on Back River Road by Spring Pond Road when the motorcycle crossed the center line and collided with the truck.
The rider of the motorcycle was identified as 37-year-old Joshua Danforth, a resident of Merrimack, New Hampshire. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The driver of the pickup truck was identified as 52-year-old Kimberly Hanscom, also a resident of Merrimack, New Hampshire. She was treated at the scene and released.
