A man lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Monday afternoon in York County. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. in the 6900 block of Delta Road, Peach Bottom Township. According to the York County Coroner's office, the motorcyclist was heading southbound when he crossed over into the opposite lane at high speed and attempted to turn right as a car from the northbound lane turned left resulting in a collision between both vehicles.

Despite wearing a helmet, the motorcyclist died at the scene of the crash. The victim's identity has not been released yet until their next of kin is notified about this tragic event.

The State Police out of York are currently investigating this fatal accident that claimed one person's life.
