The Richmond County Coroner's Office is investigating a fatal multi-car accident that occurred on Saturday night in Augusta, Georgia. The crash happened on I-520 at exit five and involved multiple vehicles. According to Mark Bowen, the Coroner of Richmond County, Yikeyia Chandler, 32, from Hephzibah was pronounced dead at the scene around 10:50 p.m.

An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death. Details regarding what caused the accident are limited at this time.
