Several Injured in Three-Car Crash on Versailles Road in Lexington
Multiple people were injured after a three-car crash occurred on Versailles Road in Lexington. The incident happened at around 3:30 p.m. on Friday, prompting the police to respond immediately.
Upon arriving at the scene located at the 1300 block of Versailles Road, authorities discovered that three cars had collided with each other. As a result of the accident, one person sustained life-threatening injuries and was rushed to the hospital for medical attention.
Meanwhile, two others also suffered injuries but were fortunately non-life-threatening. They too were taken to the hospital for treatment and further evaluation.
In response to this unfortunate event, authorities have closed down Versailles Road between Forbes and Cisco while they conduct an investigation into what caused the crash. The crash reconstruction unit is currently handling this matter as it remains under investigation.
