New Haven Woman Jazy White Killed in Multi-Car Crash

A fatal car crash in New Haven, Connecticut has left one woman dead and four others injured. The accident occurred on Wednesday evening at the intersection of Ella T. Grasso Boulevard and Washington Avenue involving three gray Honda Accords.
According to police reports, it was a t-bone collision with the third car struck after the initial impact. All five people involved were rushed to the hospital by EMS where 42-year-old Jazy White was pronounced dead soon after arriving at the hospital. She was one of the drivers involved in the crash but authorities have not yet released details on which car she was driving.
The other individuals who were seriously injured are expected to recover from their injuries as they were nothing life-threatening. However, all cars involved sustained significant damage from the crash.
Investigators are currently searching for video surveillance footage that may have captured what happened just before and at the point of impact.
