One Dead in Car Accident in Logan, Utah

The driver died from his injuries.
Tragedy struck on August 1st when a car accident in Logan claimed the life of one man. According to the Logan City Police Department, the victim sustained critical injuries and later passed away at the hospital.
The incident occurred around 1:45 p.m., just west of the intersection between Highway 252 and Highway 30. Authorities were alerted to the accident and promptly responded along with fire officials. Upon arrival, they discovered that a vehicle traveling westbound had veered left of center and collided with a trailer being towed by a truck.
Emergency personnel worked diligently to extricate the driver from his vehicle before rushing him to the hospital for medical treatment. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving at the medical facility.
At present, investigators are working tirelessly to determine what caused this tragic accident and why the driver crossed into oncoming traffic. The Logan Police Accident Reconstruction Team has taken charge of this investigation.
Fortunately, no other individuals suffered any injuries as a result of this collision.
