One Dead in Semi-Trailer Crash in Southwest Oklahoma City

One person dead
One person has tragically lost their life in a crash involving a semi-trailer in southwest Oklahoma City on Sunday evening. The collision occurred around 8:10 p.m., leading to the closure of all eastbound lanes of Interstate 44, just north of Interstate 240. As a result, traffic was diverted onto westbound I-240.
At present, there is limited information available regarding the victim. However, the Medical Examiner and multiple law enforcement crews were promptly dispatched to the scene. In light of this incident, Oklahoma Highway Patrol advises drivers to steer clear of the area for their safety.
