Robert Ndahigwa Killed in Car Crash near Williston

One person killed, two seriously injured
A fatal car crash occurred on Friday afternoon, May 12th, east of Williston. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, a pickup truck heading west on Highway 1804 crossed into oncoming traffic and hit an SUV head-on. Both vehicles spun out and ended up in the ditch.
The driver of the SUV was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim has been identified as Robert Ndahigwa, a 40-year-old man from Dickinson. His passenger sustained serious injuries and was taken to Tioga Medical Center before being transferred to Trinity Health in Minot for further treatment.
The driver of the pickup truck has been identified as David Seiferd, a 49-year-old resident of Williston. He also suffered injuries and was transported to Tioga Medical Center for medical attention.
As per updates provided by NDHP (North Dakota Highway Patrol), Robert Ndahigwa died due to his injuries while David Seiferd is still receiving medical care at Tioga Medical Center.
NDHP is still investigating this tragic accident that claimed one life and left two others seriously injured.
