One person dead, another injured
South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Friday in Abbeville. According to troopers, the incident took place at approximately 10:56 a.m. along Haigler Street.
The victim was driving along Haigler Street when they collided with the back of a parked dump truck. Unfortunately, the victim passed away as a result of the crash. One person who was inside the dump truck at the time of impact sustained injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. However, their current condition remains unknown.
