Man indicted after reckless driving injures 20 people in Upper Manhattan
Jonathan Valentin indicted for reckless driving that caused an Uber to crash into a packed restaurant in Upper Manhattan, injuring about 20 people. Victims include an 11-year-old girl who had to have her right leg amputated and a 1-year-old toddler who suffered a broken foot.
