Daniel Elias Lopez Temaj Killed in Salem Truck Crash

A Salem man lost his life in a tragic rollover truck accident on Thursday night. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. near the intersection of Highland Avenue, Ravenna Avenue and Old Village Drive.
According to police reports, the crash involved a pickup truck and motorscooter. Upon arriving at the scene, first responders found an "extensive crash scene" and immediately began performing life-saving measures on Daniel Elias Lopez Temaj, who was driving the truck. Unfortunately, their efforts were unsuccessful as he succumbed to his injuries.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the truck hit a guardrail before colliding with the motorscooter which was travelling in the same direction as it. As a result of this collision, Lopez Temaj was ejected from his vehicle when it rolled over.
As per latest updates from authorities concerned, there is no information available regarding any other individuals injured or involved in this unfortunate event.
