Route 2 in Cabell County Blocked After Semi Accident

Emergency crews were called to the scene of an accident involving a semi on Route 2 in Cabell County, West Virginia. According to dispatchers, the crash occurred in the 2300 block of Ohio River Road, near Three Mile Creek Road.

Route 2 will remain blocked for several more hours. The incident involved a semi that overturned onto railroad tracks. Fortunately, the driver of the semi sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
