Semi Carrying Hogs Involved in Serious Accident in Glyndon

A serious accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon around 4:30 pm along 90th Ave. N. in Glyndon involving a semi-truck carrying hogs and a car, according to Clay County Sheriff Mark Empting.
Upon arrival at the scene, our reporter observed that 90th Ave. N. has been closed as authorities work diligently to investigate the crash. However, nearby 70th St. N. remains open for regular traffic flow.
Sheriff Empting confirmed that at least one individual was airlifted from the accident site by air-med services for medical treatment; however, no further details regarding their condition have been released at this time.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation and authorities have not yet provided an estimated time for when 90th Ave. N will reopen to motorists.
