Semi-Truck Accident Blocks Traffic on Interstate 49 in Springdale

The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) has confirmed that a semi-truck accident on Interstate 49 in Springdale has been cleared.
The incident occurred on July 17 at mile marker 71.6, heading southbound. It resulted in the blockage of the left and center lanes, as well as the left shoulder, causing significant traffic disruption.
Motorists were advised to seek alternative routes or expect delays while authorities worked to clear the scene and restore normal traffic flow.
No further details regarding injuries or damages resulting from the accident have been released at this time.
