Roadway closed for several hours
A serious car crash has caused a section of Route 206 in Chester Township to remain closed for several hours, according to the local police department. The incident occurred between Rogers Road and Old Chester Road, resulting in both directions of the roadway being shut down.
As a result, there is currently no access to Route 206 via Fox Chase Road or Lamerson Road. Motorists are encouraged to plan an alternate route as the road will remain closed for several hours.
The cause of the accident and any injuries sustained by those involved have not yet been released by authorities.
