The report states that 22-year-old **James Bell** was driving a 2014 Nissan Rogue south on Highway 67 in Searcy, Arkansas when his vehicle ran off the road and struck an overpass pillar at mile-marker 45. The accident occurred at around 6:20 a.m. and Bell died at the scene.
