An Oregon driver crashed 120 feet down an embankment, rolling her car and hitting several large boulders and trees. She didn’t have cell service, so she decided to sleep until daylight. Deputies with the Crook County Sheriff’s Office were called out on reports of a crash at about 6:30 a.m. Saturday on a rural road near Prineville.
A baby girl has survived a crash between a car and a train that killed the rest of her family. The Shubin family had been traveling across a railroad crossing in Bonner County, Idaho when the car they were in was struck by a train. Mickey, Akasha, and Jonathan died in the crash, while baby Charlotte Lynn was the only survivor.
A car launched off the back of a tow truck at full speed, flipping before crashing down into another car. A 21-year-old woman from Tallahassee survived with serious injuries. The Sheriff's office says they have tried to talk with the woman to get her side of the story.
