Sydney Ledoux Killed in Hebron Car Crash

On Sunday, a tragic single-car crash occurred in Hebron, resulting in the death of Sydney Ledoux, a 23-year-old employee of New London schools. The incident was confirmed by state police.
According to authorities, Ledoux was driving a 2016 Ford Escape at approximately 2:08 a.m., heading northbound on Gilead Street in Hebron. For reasons yet to be determined, the vehicle veered out of its lane and crossed over into the southbound lane before leaving the road entirely. It then collided with both a mailbox and a tree.
Ledoux was alone in the car at the time of the accident. Tragically, she succumbed to her injuries as a result.
