Teenager Dies in Antelope-Area Crash

One fatality, two serious injuries
Tragedy struck on Wednesday evening as a teenager lost his life and two other teens were left with serious injuries following a crash near Antelope-area, according to Sacramento County officials.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that the incident occurred around 9 p.m. at the intersection of Antelope and Antelope North roads. A sedan carrying three teenagers, all under the age of 16, was traveling westbound on Antelope Road when it abruptly changed lanes and collided with a nearby truck.
As a result of the collision, the sedan rolled over before crashing into a pole, as stated by CHP. All three teenagers involved in the accident were immediately transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. Unfortunately, it was confirmed that the driver of the sedan succumbed to their injuries.
Thankfully, no injuries were reported for the truck driver involved in this tragic incident. The authorities have ruled out DUI as being a contributing factor to this crash.
