Two students killed, others treated and discharged
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Two international exchange students from Temple University lost their lives in a car crash that occurred outside the state on Saturday.
The medical staff at Clifton Springs Hospital in upstate New York reported the incident to the university officials. The deceased students were identified as Francesca Ward and Olivia Moore.
According to the officials, both students died at the scene of the accident. The crash involved only one car, and other students who were in the vehicle at the time of the accident were treated at the area hospital and later discharged.
Temple University's Senior Director of Communications Deirdre Hopkins released a statement requesting everyone to keep the deceased students in their thoughts during this difficult time.
The university is offering support to anyone in need as they process this tragic loss.
