This is not the first time that accidents involving self-driving cars have been recorded. In fact, there have been several incidents where drivers have relied too much on their vehicles' autonomous features and failed to take appropriate action when necessary.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has warned drivers about over-reliance on a vehicles' autonomous systems and emphasized that they should always remain alert while behind the wheel.

As investigations continue into this latest incident involving Tesla's autopilot feature, authorities are reminding all motorists to exercise caution and stay vigilant while driving.
