Delaware state police are currently investigating a three-car collision that occurred at the intersection of Kirkwood Highway and Newport Gap Pike on Monday morning. The accident resulted in one vehicle crashing into the front of Title-Max Title Loans.
According to authorities, the incident took place at approximately 7:30 a.m. local time. While details regarding the cause of the crash remain under investigation, it has been confirmed that one person sustained injuries as a result.
In their preliminary findings, law enforcement officials have determined that one of the drivers involved failed to stop at a red light, leading to the collision. As a consequence, this driver has been cited for their failure to adhere to traffic regulations.
