Two children and a teenager from the South Shore tragically lost their lives in a car crash that occurred in Florida. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the incident took place on Saturday morning near the Georgia state line, as six individuals from Bay Shore were traveling in a car along I-95.
The devastating accident unfolded when another vehicle abruptly slowed down or came to a stop on a bridge. As a result, the SUV carrying the South Shore passengers collided with the back of this car. Law enforcement officials have confirmed that three young passengers aged 10, 12, and 14 sadly succumbed to their injuries.
In addition to these heartbreaking fatalities, there were other casualties as well. The driver of the car involved in the collision is currently listed in serious condition. Furthermore, two other passengers - one aged 14 and another aged 47 - are reported to be in critical condition due to sustained injuries during this tragic event.
Fortunately, it appears that fate was somewhat kinder towards the driver of the SUV who only suffered minor injuries amidst this devastating crash.
