Three Dead in Mitchell County Crash: Arcaylha Stewart, Sedarius Jeray Stewart, and Shandavious Dawson

Three people lost their lives in a fatal accident that occurred on Wednesday in Mitchell County, Georgia. According to officials, the victims were identified as 52-year-old Arcaylha Stewart, 25-year-old Sedarius Jeray Stewart and 30-year-old Shandavious Dawson. All three individuals were traveling together in the same vehicle when the crash happened.
The incident took place at around 11 p.m. on State Route 37 and River Road intersection where a tractor trailer collided with the vehicle carrying the victims. While Arcaylha Stewart and Sedarius Jeray Stewart died instantly at the scene of the accident, Shandavious Dawson succumbed to his injuries later at a nearby hospital.
Georgia State Patrol was immediately called out to investigate further into this tragic event. As per initial reports from troopers investigating this case, it appears that "the vehicle failed to yield to the tractor-trailer." However, authorities are still trying to determine what led up to this deadly collision.
The investigation is ongoing and more details will be released as they become available.
