A tractor-trailer crash caused delays on Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 64 in Chesapeake. The crash occurred near the High Rise Bridge and resulted in the closure of the west right lane and right shoulder.
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) advised motorists to expect delays as no estimated time of arrival has been announced for when the lanes will be reopened.
