Anthony Borden dies in single-vehicle crash on I-95 in Cecil County

Borden was pronounced dead at the scene.
Maryland State Police reported that a tractor-trailer driver was pronounced dead after a crash in Cecil County. The incident occurred around 5:30 am near Elkton, Maryland.
According to officials, the driver identified as Anthony Borden of Tuscumbia, Alabama was traveling north on I-95 when his vehicle swerved left for unknown reasons and hit the guardrail. The impact caused the truck to overturn resulting in Borden's death at the scene.
As a result of the accident, two left lanes of northbound I-95 were closed causing traffic delays during rush hour. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
