Driver hospitalized with severe arm injury
A man has been hospitalized after a tractor-trailer he was driving flipped over on the Inner Loop in Rochester, New York. The incident occurred near the St. Paul exit, according to New York State Police. Troopers reported that the 64-year-old driver hit a guardrail and overturned.
The driver suffered a severe arm injury and was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment. New York State Police have confirmed that impairment was not a factor in the accident.
