Traffic moved slowly on Interstate 5 in Sacramento Thursday morning following a crash that left one person hospitalized. The incident occurred on northbound I-5 near the Sutterville Road onramp.
According to the Sacramento Fire Department, emergency responders had to extract one individual from a vehicle after they sustained critical injuries.
