Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Brown involved in crash that killed Christine Woodward

Trooper Michael Brown is on administrative duty while an investigation is underway into the February 11 crash that killed Christine Woodward. Woodward was an elementary school teacher for 15 years and was described as a surrogate parent to everyone at Troy School District. Brown tried to remove her from the car after their vehicles collided on Route 6 in Sullivan Township, but was unsuccessful.
