Truck and Car Collide on Westover Boulevard

A truck and car collided on Westover Boulevard near Westover High School on Saturday morning at around 10:25 a.m., according to local authorities. The accident occurred when the truck allegedly failed to maintain a safe distance and rear-ended the car. As a result of the impact, the car spun out of control and struck the front tire of the truck.
Officials at the scene were unable to determine whether or not distraction played a role in causing the collision. However, investigations are ongoing to ascertain all factors contributing to this incident.
The driver of the car was understandably shaken up by the accident but did not sustain any visible injuries. Nevertheless, as a precautionary measure, they will be examined at a nearby hospital for further evaluation.
Fortunately, no other individuals involved in this collision reported any injuries at that time.
