Truck carrying corrosive material rolls over in Rosemont

Illinois State Police reported that a truck carrying corrosive material rolled over early Monday morning, causing traffic to be blocked in Rosemont. The incident occurred at around 5:40 a.m. on the ramp from eastbound Interstate 90 to southbound Interstate 294.
As of now, the ramp has been shut down and all eastbound traffic has been directed to southbound Mannheim Road. It is unclear how long it will take for authorities to clear up the scene and reopen the ramp.
The identity of the driver or any passengers involved in this accident remains unknown as no further details have been released by Illinois State Police yet.
