The Fort Payne Police Department (FPPD) has issued a warning to residents to take alternate routes following a truck wreck in the area of 5th Street and Wallace Avenue. The incident occurred at the curve known as Joe's Truck Stop, which is now blocked due to the accident.
According to FPPD, roads are currently inaccessible in this area and residents should use alternative routes until further notice. No injuries have been reported yet, but authorities advise drivers to avoid the affected area for safety reasons.
