Two Dead in Clearcreek Township Crash: Mary Huelsman Involved

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a fatal two-vehicle crash occurred in Warren County on Saturday night. The accident took place at around 11:36 p.m. on State Route 48 at the intersection of East Lytle Five Points Road in Clearcreek Township.
During their investigation, troopers discovered that Mary Huelsman was driving a 2022 Kia Telluride southbound on SR 48 when she collided with a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu traveling eastbound on Lytle Five Points Road. Both vehicles went off the right side of the road and hit a wooden utility pole.
Huelsman sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Kettering Health for treatment. Unfortunately, both occupants inside the Chevrolet were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities have not yet been released by OSP.
It is currently unclear whether drugs or alcohol played a role in causing this tragic accident. Our thoughts go out to all those affected by this devastating incident as authorities continue their investigations into what happened that night in Warren County.
