Two people were taken to the hospital - one to trauma and the other was non-life-threatening.

Two people were injured in a serious crash involving a mail truck on Thursday afternoon at the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and Adelphi Road, according to Montgomery County officials. The USPS truck collided with another car, causing injuries to both drivers.

One driver was taken to the hospital for trauma while the other had non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators have not yet determined the cause of the accident.
