Two Injured in Single-Car Accident in Merrick County
Two people were hospitalized following a single-car accident that occurred on Sunday, according to the Merrick County Sheriff’s Office. The incident took place on Bader Park Road, just south of Bader Parks, located in central Nebraska.
As per the investigation conducted by the authorities, a vehicle was traveling northbound on Bader Park Road when it entered a ditch and rolled over before coming to rest upside down. The driver was trapped inside the car when first responders arrived at the scene while the passenger had already exited from it.
Both individuals were taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention. It is unclear what caused the accident or how severe their injuries are at this time.
The Chapman Fire Department, Central City Fire Department, Central City Ambulance, and Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office all responded to assist with this emergency situation.
Further details regarding this incident have not been released yet as an investigation is still ongoing.
