Two People Killed in Head-On Collision in St. Clair County
Two individuals tragically lost their lives following a head-on collision in St. Clair County, Alabama. The incident occurred on June 27 at approximately 3:40 p.m., along Highway 144, about one mile east of Ragland.
According to the Alabama State Troopers, the crash involved a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer truck. Renae McKee, a 42-year-old resident of Goshen, was identified as the driver of the tractor-trailer truck.
The identity of the pickup truck driver remains unknown at this time. Authorities are awaiting notification from the forensics lab before releasing further details regarding their identity.
The state troopers' patrol division is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this tragic accident.
