Two people received non-life threatening injuries

Several roads in Daviess County, Kentucky had to be temporarily closed on Monday afternoon following a collision between two semi trucks. The accident occurred at the intersection of US-60 E. and US-231 N., prompting authorities from the Daviess County Sheriff's Office to take immediate action.

In order to ensure public safety and facilitate clean-up operations, crews were forced to shut down both the intersection and Natcher Bridge westbound for several hours. This allowed them to clear away debris left behind by the cargo and address any hazards resulting from the crash.

Fortunately, officials have confirmed that only two individuals sustained non-life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Emergency services promptly attended to their needs.

By 4:15 p.m., authorities announced that both the intersection and Natcher Bridge had been reopened for normal traffic flow. Commuters can now resume their journeys without further disruption caused by this unfortunate accident.
