Vehicle Crash Closes N.C. 98 in Wake County

The North Carolina Department of Transportation has announced that N.C. 98 has reopened after a vehicle crash caused the highway to close in both directions near Durham Road on Thursday afternoon.
According to reports, the crash occurred around 3:30 p.m., and the road was closed at Hasentree Club Drive, which is approximately eight miles west of Wake Forest.
The North Carolina Department of Transportation said Thursday that the road reopened at 5:10 p.m.
No further details have been released about the incident or any injuries sustained as a result of it.
