Woman Killed in Car Accident in Southwest Oklahoma City

The driver was not injured but was taken to a hospital to get checked out as a precaution.
A tragic incident occurred in Southwest Oklahoma City on Tuesday morning, resulting in the death of a woman who was struck by a car. The Oklahoma City Police Department reported that the victim was hit while she was in the roadway near Pennsylvania Avenue on the I-240 service road at around 7 a.m.
Authorities are currently investigating what led up to this tragic collision. However, they have confirmed that there is no suspicion of impairment on part of the driver involved. The driver has been fully cooperative with law enforcement officials throughout their investigation.
