22-Year-Old Madison Faltisco Killed in Hit-and-Run on Route 57 in Clay

The victim was killed in the hit-and-run.
The Onondaga Sheriff’s Office has reported that a woman was killed in a hit-and-run accident on Route 57 near Wetzel Road, Clay. The incident occurred early Friday morning, with the call to emergency services coming in around 5 a.m.
The victim of the crash has been identified as Madison Faltisco, aged 22 years old from Liverpool village. The suspected driver involved in this accident is currently hospitalized and under police custody while charges are pending.
Evidence points toward the driver also being involved in another accident shortly after hitting Faltisco before fleeing away from the scene. This second incident happened around 10:45 p.m. at Salvation Army on Oswego Road.
Toxicology tests are ongoing for further investigation into this case.
