Driver facing charges after critically injuring 14-year-old girl in Chelsea crash

A driver is facing charges after a Chelsea crash that critically injured a 14-year-old girl on Sunday. The driver, identified as 44-year-old Ceserino Borelli of Watertown, was driving his 2020 Mercedes Benz sedan at a high rate of speed when he drove through the Dunkin' parking lot, through the fence that surrounds the dispensary, and into two nearby vehicles.
