Stephen Richard Becker Killed in Fatal Crash on Inner Loop of Beltway in Dundalk

Maryland State Police are investigating a fatal crash on the Beltway that resulted in one death. Stephen Richard Becker, 59, of Timonium, died at the scene after his pickup truck struck a tree. The Inner Loop lanes were closed for several hours before reopening in the afternoon.
