Construction Truck Crashes into Building in Billerica, Massachusetts

A construction truck crashed into a building in Billerica, Massachusetts, on Monday night before another vehicle collided with a police cruiser that responded to the scene of the first crash. The driver of the construction truck, a 19-year-old man, was taken to a local hospital. The building suffered serious structural damage.
