Woman in her 70s killed after bags of cement fall from truck on I-805 offramp in Clairemont

A woman in her 70s died after bags of cement fell from a truck on an I-805 offramp in Clairemont. The bags spilled onto the roadway, with several falling from the ramp onto the SR-52 eastbound lanes below. The driver of the Mercedes and the truck driver were unharmed.
