Elderly Couple Involved in Motor Vehicle Accident in La Plata

An elderly couple was involved in a motor vehicle accident in La Plata. Crews arrived on scene and discovered the couple possibly trapped. One patient was transported by ground to Charles Regional Medical Center. Another patient was flown out to Capital Regional Trauma Center by Maryland State Trooper 2.

Two occupants were injured in a pickup truck collision on Crain Highway in Newburg, Maryland. The collision occurred on April 22, 2023 at approximately 2:15 p.m. Both occupants were transported to Charles Regional Medical Center for treatment.
