Two dead after car accident during police pursuit in Waterloo

Two people are dead after a car accident during a police pursuit in Waterloo, Seneca County. The driver, Antonio M. Herbert, 27, and the passenger, Egypt G. Harris, 18, were both declared dead at the scene. The state’s Attorney General’s Office is investigating the man’s death.
