John Oates Dies in Warren County After Pick-Up Truck Struck by Train

An 80-year-old man, identified as John Oates, died in Warren County, Missouri after his pick-up truck was struck by a train. The incident occurred on Sunday, 2023. Emergency crews responded to the scene just before noon. Oates was on Archer Road, just south of I-70, when he drove into the path of the train and died at the scene.
