Investigation Underway for Two Hit-and-Run Crashes in South Bend

The St. Joseph County Fatal Crash Team is investigating two related hit-and-run crashes in South Bend. A domestic situation between a husband and wife escalated into a public incident, resulting in a serious injury. The male driver of a black Dodge Charger fled the scene and was later involved in another car accident.
